We’ll take you on a delicious journey through the history of chocolate, tasting premium quality chocolates from the best plantations around the world. You’ll learn how to make fine Belgian truffles, and take home between 30 to 50 of your own gift wrapped hand made chocolate creations.
Frances Cooley is trained in the art of truffle making, chocolate decorations and sculpture. Courses have been running since 2006 – great fun for groups, couples and individuals.
Courses are held at Clifton Cakes for an intimate class of between four and six people, and they last two and a half hours.
We also run corporate team building events. Chocolate workshops, demonstrations and tastings.
