Frances Cooley is trained in the art of truffle making and chocolate sculpture. Courses have been running since 2006 – great fun for groups, couples and individuals, hen parties and team building courses. We also run corporate team building events. We’ll take you on a delicious journey through the history of chocolate, tasting premium quality chocolate from the best plantations around the world. You’ll learn how to make fine moulded Belgian chocolates, and take home your own gift wrapped hand made chocolate creations.
During our 2 hour workshop you will learn how to create and decorate these popular products. You will use a mould to make a large shoe, then to pack it in a Clifton Cakes gift package, to make a gift for you or a friend.
