I just wanted to say thank you so much for the course on saturday, please pass this onto your colleagues. We had a fabulous time, and the chocolates delicious.
I have to admit, although I booked a chocolate making course for my hen do I am not a chocaholic, or at least I wasn't till I tried the chocolates we made. They are yummy so I can only imagine how delicious your professionally made chocoaltes are.
It was also the perfect ice-breaker for those of my friends who had never met before, as at times people had to pair up and work together, by the end of the day it was like they had all known each other for years.
Hope we didn't make too much mess,
