our designs are visually stunning and expertly crafted.
An artist, chocolatier and confectioner, proprietor Frances Cooley and her team have been working from Frances’
Clifton home kitchen for ten years, turning clients’ ideas into wonderful cakes.
Our designs are truly original and bespoke, combining highly skilled craftsmanship and luxurious indulgence.
All our cakes are handmade to order with organic and locally sourced ingredients, and imagination.
Chocolate is a speciality and a passion. Frances is trained in the art of truffle making and sculpture.
Her gorgeous chocolate shoes are on sale in Liberty’s, London and by mail order. You can indulge your passion
for chocolate on one of Clifton Cakes’ Chocolate Courses, either at Goldbrick House, or by private arrangement.
